Mission Statement

The purpose of the Real Estate Association of Puget Sound (REAPS) is to provide education, information and networking to further its members’ real estate investment goals.

General Benefits

REAPS presents one or more well-informed speakers at each monthly meeting. Subjects cover all aspects of real estate including but not limited to: foreclosures, paper/notes, fixers, lease/options, property tax appeal processes, 203k loan program, property management techniques, estate planning, VA/HUD government programs, government auctions, real estate inspection techniques, property assessment techniques, mortgage shopping techniques, eviction procedures, processing information on new tenants, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, financing resources and much, much more.
Membership Benefits

REAPS offer members many benefits to increase their chances of success and prosperity. Annual membership includes: Admission to monthly meetings; an informative and diverse monthly newsletter; discounts on special seminars and events; discounted newsletter advertising rates; use of the networking table to display promotional material; access to the REAPS library (there are more than 600 books, tapes or magazines from which to choose); eligibility to be a sponsor; exposure to knowledgeable speakers and other real estate professionals at the monthly meetings; an active interchange of ideas and experiences; one-on-one help from fellow members and more.
